Lighthouse Estate Masjid, Lagos State, has handsomely rewarded four of its congregants with a cash prize of N200,000 each.

The prize was in recognition of the groundbreaking academic performance of the graduates.

Three of the recipients of the cash prize, who studied Engineering at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), graduated with first-class and another one studied Computer Science from the Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U), Zaria.

Disclosing this this morning on his Facebook, Imaam Nojeem Jimoh, noted that the graduates were celebrated in the mosque after the morning prayer.

“Four of our children recently completed their degrees with First Class Hounours in different disciplines. Three from UNILAG (all Engineers) and one from A.B.U (Computer Science),” he said.

“We celebrated them this morning, immediately after Fajr at Lighthouse Estate Masjid,” he added.

“Each was awarded a cash gift of N200k. May Allah bless them and make them best of examples for all things good,” he disclosed.
