Proclaimed by United Nations, Human Right Chief said, “The Rohingya crises seem as textbook example of ethnic cleansing, but officially not yet declare as genocide, even though babies are dump and leave to die during in that catastrophic situation.”

“Starvation and death is on the beaches now cross the Myanmar-Bangladesh border,” Chief added, “in proportion to UN Genocide Convention of crime’s definition in act ll stated as,

  1. Killing members of the group
  2. causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
  3. deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part
  4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group
  5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.”

It had been reported by Chief that points 1 to 3 seemed to meet the criteria of genocide, but United Nations reluctant to accept the fact despite of being a flag bearer of Human Rights.

He said, “According to Article, the contracting parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in the time of war, is a crime under International law which they undertake to prevent and to punish.”

The fact was that, there’s no appetite and no interest of United Nations to invade Myanmar, not even because the leader Auug San Kyi kept a Nobel Peace Laureate.

In addition to that, a Muslim proportion in large Buddhist state were considered to be ethnically cleansed not subjected to genocide- even United Nation failed to tell the difference between “ethnically cleansed  and genocide”.

Furthermore, the event of genocide required 147 nations to sign the conviction to stop it either by force.
