This gorgeous mosaic possesses a great potential for black and Latino children growing up here. These New York born and breed must be among the building owners and the corporate decision makers. Political representations are great but the black and brown constituents must be property owners and corporate leaders.  How can we do this? Public Safety! When we stop violent crimes, raise academic achieving children, for-profits prisons would bankrupt and close. If the gang recruitment of our youngsters in our neighborhoods continue on, one third of our children will be killed by drug dealing tugs, one third will be incarcerated and one third be gentrified out of the city.  There is no miracle, prayers or politics that will change this except parental decisions. #cppo
