What insults Islam are the reactions to these alleged malicious acts carried out by individuals seeking notoriety or stupidly creating destructive reactions from Muslims who know no better than the fools who activate them.
I dare to say that most of the Muslim world showing violent reactions to these carelessly calculated plots have not seen or read that which they are violently rioting against.
What insults Islam are the wanton killings, kidnappings, beheading, property destruction, mistreating women, failing to educate the people, extremism, lack of respect for human rights, hypocrisy, corruptions, unequal distribution of sovereign resources, religious fanaticism, religious discrimination, demonizing the west publicly while sleeping with them at night, hiding behind Palestine/Israel conflict to justify the regress of the Muslim world, reacting to futile things without full knowledge and pretending to love and follow the prophet while behaving the opposite.
The prophet they claim to follow said “Do not response to evil done to you with evil, response to evil with kindness and forgiveness”.
The holy Quran they claim to protect commended this “O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done. 49:6
It is time for Muslim leaders and scholars to stop scapegoating these useless amateurish acts of provocateurs for our regress, and start addressing the real issues that got us where we are.
No civilized people (much less real religion) would ever harm an ambassador, even during wars.
Prophet Muhammad (PUH) said “Honor those who are honored by their people when they come to you”.
He also said “No one is a believer until he/she honors his guest”.
