Saudi Crown Prince embarks on diplomatic endeavors during Makkah visit

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, commenced his stay in Makkah on Saturday, relocating from Jeddah to spend the concluding days of the holy month of Ramadan near the revered Grand Mosque.

Accompanying the Crown Prince were a cadre of distinguished officials, including Minister of State Prince Turki Bin Mohammed Bin Fahd, Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki, Minister of the National Guard Prince Abdullah Bin Bandar, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan.

During his residency, Prince Mohammed Bin Salman convened with the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, at Al-Safa Palace. The summit emphasized the enduring bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, with discussions centering on collaborative ventures and mutual interests.

In a gesture of appreciation, the Bahraini Crown Prince conveyed his gratitude for the warmth and hospitality extended during his visit to the Kingdom.

Furthermore, the Crown Prince engaged with President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of the Federal Republic of Somalia at Al-Safa Palace, where dialogues focused on fortifying bilateral ties, exploring avenues of cooperation, and addressing a spectrum of shared interests.

Expressing satisfaction at the visit, President Mohamud lauded the gracious reception and conveyed his delight at the opportunity to visit the Kingdom.
