Nigeria: Senate urges President Buhari to ban US, UK, others
Members of Nigeria’s upper legislative chamber has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to ban nationals from high-risk countries such as China, United Kingdom, United States from entering the country
The senate made the call in a statement on Tuesday March 17th.
“The move is necessary in order to control the spread of Coronavirus also known as COVID-19,” the statement reads.
Currently, the high-risk countries include UK, China, Italy, the US among others.
