Israeli aggression in Gaza continues, death toll surges

The Israeli escalated its assault on the Gaza Strip, resulting in further civilian casualties, predominantly women and children.
In one of the latest attacks, Israeli warplanes struck the home of the Abdel Hadi family in the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
The Palestinian news agency, WAFA, reported that the bombing killed four civilians, including children, and left 13 others injured.
Medical sources reported that airstrikes across various areas in Gaza since the early hours of the day have claimed 19 lives.
The cumulative death toll from the ongoing aggression, which began on October 7, 2023, has reached 45,854, with the injured numbering at least 109,139.
This grim figure is incomplete, as thousands of victims remain trapped beneath rubble or stranded along roads inaccessible to rescue and ambulance teams due to relentless Israeli bombardments and widespread destruction.
The inability to reach those trapped compounds the suffering of a population already facing immense challenges amid ongoing hostilities.
