Israeli forces carried out four deadly attacks against families in the Gaza Strip within the past 24 hours, killing at least 37 Palestinians and injuring 108 others, according to medical reports.

Local health authorities have reported a staggering death toll of 44,466 since the conflict escalated on October 7, 2023, with over 105,358 people injured. Women and children comprise the majority of the casualties.

Rescue efforts remain hampered as emergency crews face significant obstacles, including restricted access by Israeli forces, leaving many bodies under rubble and survivors stranded on roads.
