Israeli strikes in Gaza over the past 24 hours have left 13 people dead and 85 others injured, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

These casualties add to the mounting toll from the ongoing conflict, which has claimed the lives of 43,985 people in the enclave.

The ministry also reported that the number of injured has risen to 104,092 since the war began. The humanitarian crisis deepens as many victims remain trapped under rubble or in inaccessible areas due to the continuous bombardment, hindering rescue efforts.

Rescue teams are overwhelmed by the scale of destruction and the ongoing attacks, which severely restrict their ability to reach affected areas.

The dire situation has drawn widespread international concern and urgent calls for a ceasefire to allow aid and humanitarian assistance to reach those in need.

This latest escalation comes amid growing global condemnation of the conflict’s human toll, with urgent appeals for an end to the violence.

The crisis in Gaza brings to the fore the devastating impact of the war on civilians, particularly as the health infrastructure and emergency response teams face unprecedented strain.
