Israeli police have arrested three people following the firing of two flares at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s private residence in Caesarea, according to The Times of Israel.

Limited details have been provided regarding the incident.

This comes about a month after Hezbollah claimed responsibility for a drone attack on the same residence.

Meanwhile, Israel’s military chief, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, emphasized that Hezbollah has already “paid a big price” but assured continued action to ensure the safe return of displaced northern residents.

“We will continue to fight, to implement plans, to go further, conduct deep strikes, and hit Hezbollah very hard,” Halevi stated during a recent visit to the Kfar Kila area in southern Lebanon.

Fresh airstrikes by the IDF were reported on Saturday in Beirut’s southern suburbs, a stronghold of Hezbollah after Israel’s military issued evacuation warnings to residents.

In Lebanon, no fewer than 3,452 people have been killed and 14,599 wounded in Israeli attacks since the war on Gaza began.
