Kuwait reaffirms commitment to UN values on United Nations Day

On United Nations Day, celebrated on October 24, Kuwait has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the UN Secretary-General’s efforts in addressing global challenges.

The challenges include promoting international peace and security, eradicating poverty, achieving sustainable development goals, combating terrorism, and disarmament.

Kuwait expressed pride in its over-six-decade strategic partnership with the UN, highlighting its proactive and leading role in humanitarian and developmental diplomacy, according to the country’s foreign ministry.
