Prince Abdulaziz hosts official dinner for Saudi delegation at Paris 2024 Olympics
Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and head of the Saudi delegation participating in the 33rd Summer Olympic Games (Paris 2024) hosted an official dinner for the Saudi delegation in Paris.
In his speech at the event, Prince Abdulaziz welcomed all the distinguished guests, including the heads of national Olympic committees, international federations, and sports leaders from around the world who attended the Saudi delegation’s dinner.
He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for their unprecedented support and care for the sports sector in the Kingdom.
Prince Abdulaziz noted that this support has elevated Saudi Arabia to the ranks of the world’s leading nations in sports.
International Olympic Committee Vice President Ser Miang praised the outstanding partnership between the IOC and its Saudi counterpart, highlighting it as one of the most significant in the IOC’s history due to Saudi Arabia’s substantial role and support for various global sports.
The event also featured displays of Saudi products in collaboration with “Made in Saudi” and musical performances showcasing Saudi heritage and folklore.
