NYPD charges 21-year-old to court for manslaughter
21-year-old Khalid Barrow has been charged to court with manslaughter by the New York Police Department (NYPD).
According to authorities, Khalid Barrow has been charged with the death of his 35-year-old cousin, Nisaa Walcott.
This is after the body of Nisaa Walcott was found inside a plastic storage container on a sidewalk in the High Bridge section of the Bronx.
Barrow has been charged with murder and concealing a human corpse.
Around 2 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2022, the victim was discovered in the High Bridge section of Bronx. The victim was found unconscious and unresponsive inside a container on University Avenue.
An autopsy has been planned and the cause of Walcott’s death is still unknown.
The family of the victim says she was a mother to a 14-year-old son.
