Bayern Munich was on Sunday August 23, 2020, crowned the champion in the just concluded season of UEFA Champions League final after a 1-0 win against Paris Saint-Germain at the Estadio da Luz, Lisbon behind closed doors.

Emerged champion for the sixth time in the League’s history, Bayern Munich made 11 out of this season’s 11 competitions with Kingley Comanm, Bayern’s Paris boy, whose 1 goal pushed Bayern to the front of PSG.

In the final match that was held without fans to cheer either team up, the two teams seemed to have many chances at the game.

Right into the first half, Robert Lewandowski was denied two times. He was first denied from a close-range header and another a right-footed strike to the post.

Paris Saint-Germain also made a great attempt to say on top of the game as Manuel Neuer succeded in denying the two forwards, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar, with Mbappe missing a golden opportunity to fling a goal into the PSG net minutes to the finish of the first half.

In the second half, Bayern was already on top of the game as they did not relent until the very end. PSG really did their best to own the final moment and get an equalizer, but to no avail.
