Nigeria Research Day, is hosted by the Department of African Studies & Anthropology at the University of Birmingham, UK on 18 June 2015. This is an inter-disciplinary conference open to anyone with a research interest in Nigeria, discussing new research on Nigeria by both early career and established researchers.
Panels will focus on the experiences of Nigerians in the diaspora; politics, democracy and governance; literature and popular culture; and militants and security. There will also be a roundtable discussion on collaboration with Nigerian HE institutions and other partners.
