Eid-ul-Fitr is unarguably one of the most celebrated festivals in the world. With the ever increasing population of Muslim faithfuls, believers flaunt around to rejoice the magnificence of Allah, praising and beseeching Him for more blessings. In Islam, Eid is a time characterised with charity, love, visitation, reflections, self-assessment, supplication among others.

Yesterday, 25th of June (1st of Shawwal), Muslims, world over, celebrate the 1438 Eid-ul-Fitr Festival, to mark the end of the just concluded Holy month. In this report, our correspondent, Olayiwola A. Ridwan, roves around and brings us sights of Muslims celebrating End-of-Ramadan Fast, from around the world.
