Agribusiness Investment is a Priority for the Democratic Republic of Congo

The Democratic Republic of Congo is open for agribusiness investment, the central African country Minister of  Agriculture Jean Chrysostome Vahamwiti has announced.

In a statement he issued to the media today, he said that his country has plans to make agriculture a priority.

“Our country has so much agricultural potential and we are now focused on developing this vast resource for our country’s future,” announced Jean Chrysostome Vahamwiti Mukesyayira, Minister of Agriculture of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), in the run up to the AgriBusiness Forum 2014, which will be hosted by the DRC Government and held October 26-29, 2014 in Kinshasa, DRC.
