Sixteen-year-old boy fatally stabs teen in groin during fight on Brooklyn street
A sixteen-year-old boy fatally stabbed a teen in the groin, leaving him clinging to life. The incident took place during a fight on a Brooklyn street.
Cops disclosed on Sunday that the injury resulted from a fight between the victim and a 16-year-old boy..
The 18-year-old victim got into an argument with his younger rival near E. 16th St. and Sheepshead Bay Road in Sheepshead Bay at about 9:05 p.m. Saturday, cops said.
The younger boy stabbed the victim in the groin, cops said.
Medics rushed the bleeding teen to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in critical condition.
The suspected stabber was arrested for assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
His name was not released because he is a juvenile.
