Easter is this Sunday, and that means it is Easter egg hunt season.

All across New York City, organizations are hosting hunts for children — and adults — of all ages, continuing one of the holiday’s most well-known traditions.

The COVID-19 pandemic postponed most of the festivities for the last two years, but now they are back in full force.

Check out our list below for 10 egg hunts that you can attend in New York City this month!

Living Hope Baptist Church Easter Egg Hunt

Date: Saturday, April 16

Time: 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Location: Pelham Bay Park, Bronx

Price: Free

The Living Hope Baptist Church is hosting a free egg hunt in the Bronx. There will be hunts by age groups, the church said, and participants will meet near the Pelham Bay Park playground before the event begins.

Egg Hunt and Eggstravaganza!

Date: Saturday, April 16

Time: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Location: Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve, Staten Island

Price: Free

Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve is hosting an egg hunt, followed by activities, crafts and presentations about eggs at the Nature Interpretive Center. The hunt will take place on two miles of trails. Participants are encouraged to wear tick-safe clothing and boots or sneakers.

Easter Egg Hunt: Grown Folks’ Edition

Date: Saturday, April 16

Time: 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Location: Prospect Park Picnic House North, Brooklyn

Price: $22 per person

Easter egg hunts are not just for children. Lifestyle brand A Whole Mood is encouraging adults to unleash their inner-child and participate in a day of fun at Prospect Park. Participants can participate in an Easter egg roll, an Easter egg relay and a traditional egg hunt, the company said.

NYSN’s Annual Central Park Easter Egg Scavenger & History Hunt

Date: Saturday, April 16

Time: 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Location: Central Park, Manhattan

Price: $25 per person

New York Social Network is hosting an Easter event in New York City — also for adults only. Teams of five will have two hours to explore Central Park’s historical markers, wildlife, street performers, fountains, statues and bridges, where 100 eggs will be hidden, according to the NYSN.

Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt & ​Pop Up Shop​

Date: Saturday, April 16

Time: 1 p.m.-7 p.m.

Location: Mystique Event Space, Brooklyn

Price: $2 per person

Slayedd Eventz is hosting an egg hunt on Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn. The event planners will be selling food, candy and alcoholic beverages, while vendors will create a pop-up shop for patrons.

NYSoM Easter Eggstravaganza 2022

Date: Saturday, April 16

Time: 2 p.m.-6 p.m.

Location: Rodale Pleasant Park Community Garden, Manhattan

Price: Free

New York State of Mind is hosting a free Easter egg hunt in Harlem. There will be 25 hunts total for children aged 12 and under — groups of 5-15 children will be sent out every 10 minutes, NYSoM said. The event will also feature a painted Easter egg giveaway, as well as Easter crafts and activities.

NYC Easter Egg Hunt Cruise

Date: Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17

Location: Pier 36, Manhattan

Event Cruises NYC is hosting a series of cruises with Easter egg hunts, games and photos with the Easter Bunny. Adults have the opportunity to purchase bottomless mimosas, and everyone will have access to unlimited coffee and tea on board, according to Event Cruises NYC.

Doha Bar & Lounge in Queens is hosting an Easter party for kids in Astoria. There will be a disco ball and dance floor, plus a magic show, face painting station and balloon stand, the bar said.

Royce Easter Extravaganza

Time: 2 p.m.-6 p.m.

Location: Da Dome Skating Rink, Brooklyn

Price: $25 per person

For those who like roller skating, Da Dome Skating Rink is hosting a skating party and egg hunt in Brooklyn. The event will offer skating, a bouncy house and a live DJ, according to the rink.

Bunnies In Bellaire Easter Egg Hunt

Date: Sunday, April 24

Time: 12 p.m.-6 p.m.

Location: Saint Albans Park, Queens

Price: Free

Believe at Bellaire Inc. is celebrating their second Easter egg hunt. This outing will provide egg decorating, pony rides, a relay race, a stilt walker, face painting, bouncy house, train rides and karate lessons, Believe at Bellaire Inc. said.
