Bronx, New York- What is more fitting in the Boogie Down Bronx than to honor over thirty (30) Hip Hop Artists, Spoken Word and Pioneers who have joined The New York Peace Coalition in 2014 by promoting peace. We are honoring the outstanding Peacemaker’s leadership in our community. There will be special awards given out on top of the artists awards.

New York Peace Coalition, through its Peace December project, is honoring over thirty (30) artists who have participated in its Historic Live Peace Music Marathon in December, under the leadership and patronage of Bronxnet Television.

Among the attendees to this ceremony are dignitaries, diplomats, politicians, peace activists and diverse performing artists, including the renown Hip Hop Artist Mikey Jay.

The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, February 22, 2015, 3:00-7:00 PM at Al Iman Community Center, 2006 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, New York 10462.

Followed by the Peace Jam Session. were all artist are invited to bring there instruments.
